Yanch Heating is responsible for the warranty on your furnace for the first two years. Please take the time to fill in the warranty information to register your warranty with Yanch Heating.

The Ontario New Home Warranty has two Primary Conditions:

• does not cover repairs that are the result of a lack of maintenance
• does not cover repairs that are the result of the system being modified in any way. this includes the addition of air conditioning and accessories

Therefore to ensure that your warranty remains valid:

• have Yanch heating maintain your furnace and air conditioner annually-take advantage of the first maintenance at $40 off
• have Yanch heating install your accessories and receive accessories at 10% off our regular prices

By registering with Yanch Heating we will have a permanent record of your equipment in your data base should there be any recalls or service issues with the manufacture.
